Pam uses a Guest Comment Card to explain how guest feedback is used to maintain good standards of service. On some occasions, feedback can also be used for either complimenting or disciplining employees if they are mentioned by name on the card.


While Pam and Karleen shared some pens, letter openers, mini calendars and other souvenirs with each member of the class, Chris presented Pam with an HPU gold-embossed stationary folder, and Kirsten presented Karleen with a heavy duty gold HPU letter opener.
